• Brass/Iron Stamping (Die-Struck): Perfect for designs with clean lines and sharp, 2D multi-layered structures. The resulting text and borders are crisp and precise.

• Surface Plating Colors:

  • Traditional Tiers: Shiny Gold, Shiny Silver, and Shiny Bronze.

  • Antique Finishes: Antique Gold, Antique Silver, and Antique Bronze (treated with a dark overlay in recessed areas to strikingly highlight 3D relief details).

  • Modern Finishes: Matte/Satin Gold or Silver, trendy Rose Gold, and dual-tone plating.

• Coloring Techniques: Choose Soft Enamel for a textured, recessed look, or premium Hard Enamel for a flat, mirror-like finish. For logos with intricate color gradients, offset printing with an epoxy dome can be applied.

📐 2. Structural & Detailed Design Options

• Dimensions & Thickness: Standard tournament medals typically range from 50mm, 60mm, to 70mm in diameter, with a thickness of 3mm to 5mm. We fully support completely custom-shaped (die-cut) molds based on your logo outline.

• Obverse (Front) Design: Usually integrates the event name, year, and primary logo, set against traditional textured backgrounds such as mosaic grids, sunburst lines, sandblasted textures, or laurel wreaths.

• Reverse (Back) Customization: The back can be left flat with a smooth or matte texture. This allows for seamless laser engraving later on for specific recipient names, race times, categories, or placements.

• Ribbon Attachments:

  • Top Loop: The traditional loop designed to hold a triangular jump ring for standard v-neck ribbons.

  • Integrated Slot (Wide Mouth): A sleek, modern slot cutout directly at the top of the medal, allowing custom-printed wide ribbons to feed through flat and flush.

A premium ribbon significantly elevates the overall presentation of the award:

• Sublimation / Heat-Transfer Ribbons: This method supports unlimited colors and gradients. It allows event themes, sponsor logos, and slogans to be crisply printed on both sides of the fabric. This is our most highly recommended option.

• Woven / Stripe Ribbons: Made by weaving pre-dyed threads into classic striped patterns (e.g., red, white, and blue). It offers a thick, durable texture and a traditional, prestigious feel.

🛠️ 4. Step-by-Step Customization Process

1. Concept & Asset Submission: Share your design sketches, ideas, or existing vector files (AI / CDR / PDF), along with your required size, quantity, and deadline.

2. Artwork Proofing: Our design team will generate professional 2D or 3D digital mockups specifying plating finishes, recessed/raised areas, and color charts for your final approval.

3. Pre-Production Sampling (Optional): Prior to mass production, a physical sample can be manufactured to verify color matching and metal quality.

4. Mass Production & Quality Control: Following stamping/casting, the medals undergo polishing, plating, hand-filled coloring, ribbon assembly, and rigorous quality inspection before final packaging and delivery.
